JIMSHMCH Adopts MPHS Muchintal for Academic Enhancement Initiative

JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital (JIMSHMCH) has proudly adopted Mandala Parishad High School under its Academic Enhancement & Mentorship Programme, reaffirming its strong commitment to community outreach and educational empowerment. This meaningful initiative aims to provide structured remedial academic support for students who face challenges in core subjects, while simultaneously strengthening foundational concepts in Mathematics, Science, and Languages. The programme integrates a peer-to-peer mentorship model and one-to-one personalized teaching support to ensure that every student receives focused academic guidance, confidence building, and personality development, ultimately enhancing overall academic performance and learning outcomes.

Designed on the powerful philosophy of “Peer Learning & Guided Mentorship,” the programme actively involves JIMS college students in conducting interactive teaching sessions, simplifying complex topics through practical demonstrations, and motivating school students with relatable academic experiences. Through dedicated one-to-one mentoring, individual academic gaps are identified and addressed with care and consistency. The concept behind peer learning is simple yet transformative — students learn better when they learn together. When guided by young mentors who have recently navigated similar academic journeys, school students feel more connected, comfortable, and confident in expressing their doubts and strengthening their understanding.

This model proves effective by reducing fear of difficult subjects, building self-confidence, improving communication skills, and fostering leadership qualities among college mentors. It creates a supportive and inspiring learning environment while bridging the gap between higher education institutions and school-level education. More than just a teaching initiative, this programme shapes aspirations, nurtures dreams, and empowers students to strive for excellence.

Beyond academics, the impact of this adoption is profound. School students gain clarity, courage, and competence, while college students cultivate teaching skills, empathy, and a strong sense of social responsibility. Through this collaborative effort, the institution further strengthens its role as a pillar of community development and academic leadership.

JIMSHMCH firmly believes that education becomes most powerful when it is shared. By adopting MPHS Muchintal, the institution extends its academic resources, mentorship strength, and core values to uplift young minds and build a brighter, more confident future for the next generation — truly embodying the spirit of “Empowering Young Minds Today for a Stronger Tomorrow.”
