On the auspicious occasion of the 271st birth anniversary of Samuel Hahnemann, the JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital proudly participated in HOMOEO FEST 2026, organized by the Homoeopathic Medical Association of Telangana at the Institution of Engineers, Hyderabad on April 29, 2026. The institution was represented by Dr. N.C. Dhole (Principal) and Dr. Maanasa Inavolu (Assistant Professor), reflecting the college’s active engagement in academic and professional platforms that promote the advancement of homoeopathy.
The event featured several enriching academic sessions, including the Dr. N. Ramaiah Memorial Oration delivered by Dr. Nijalingappa P.K on Veterinary Homoeopathy – Clinical field experiences & case studies. The session emphasized creating awareness about veterinary homoeopathy, educating students on acute prescriptions for livestock, and promoting evidence-based practices in rural healthcare. Additional sessions included the clinical importance of Materia Medica by Dr. Janardhan Reddy and a comprehensive career guidance talk by Dr. Gohar Shaikh, addressing post-internship pathways, challenges in establishing private practice, and emerging opportunities in medical research.
JIMS participants showcased commendable performance and brought laurels to the institution. Dr. Sai Sree Harshitha (Assistant Professor) and Dr. Thamkin (Intern) were honored with the prestigious Hahnemannian Awards. Active participation was also seen in quiz competitions by Sharanya (MD Part-II), Thamkin, U. Soumya, T. Sugeeth, K. Pranith Kumar, and Fatima Rahman, along with a case presentation by Dr. Humera Naaz (Intern). This remarkable participation highlights JIMS’ dedication to academic excellence, clinical proficiency, and the holistic development of its students and faculty on a distinguished professional platform.
