JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Hyderabad organized an educational visit to Analytica Lab India 2026, the International Trade Fair for Laboratory Technology, Analysis, Biotechnology and Diagnostics, held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, on 10 September 2026.
A group of 11 PG Scholars participated in the visit under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Pravas Kumar Pal, Prof. K. Raghuramchandra, Assoc. Prof. Dharani, and Asst. Prof. Syed Mohammad Basha.
The visit provided the scholars with an excellent opportunity to explore the latest advancements in analytical instrumentation, HPTLC, chromatography, biotechnology, diagnostic technologies, laboratory automation, and quality-control systems.
The exposure was particularly significant for Homoeopathic Pharmacy and pharmaceutical research, enabling the scholars to gain a practical understanding of contemporary analytical methodologies and appreciate their relevance to research, standardization, quality assurance, and pharmaceutical development.
Such academic and industrial exposure programmes are instrumental in nurturing research aptitude, scientific thinking, technical competence, and interdisciplinary learning among postgraduate scholars. The visit also encouraged students to explore emerging technologies and their potential applications in pharmaceutical and healthcare research.
